We chose this pin in honor of ‘Pride Month’, which is the month of June & in honor of the 50th anniversary of the first Pride March which was yesterday June 28th, the first Pride March took place on June 28, 1970.

The self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and love for each other, no matter how we define our gender or sexual orientation is what the Gay Pride/LGBTQ movement is about & with acceptance & compassion for each other there is strength & in that strength is the courage to accept someone for who they truly are. Love should transcend prejudice in any of its forms. ❤️
